Presentation is important during competitions for so many reasons. A competition is not only about the physique you are bringing, but how well you are able to present your physique, your confidence and bring that “IT” factor. Although you are being judged on your physique, it is often misconstrued that presentation plays a little role in overall placing – this couldn’t be further from the truth!
